In less than 10 minutes they told me I needed to replace the main valve because it was leaking and it would cost $1,000 and turned the fireplace off. I listened and let them leave and called Sky Limit for a second opinion. Dave ran multiple tests using soap and an electronic gas monitor and found no leaks whatsoever. Within just an hour and a half, he thoroughly inspected the fireplace, identified the root cause of the problem, replaced the necessary parts, and got it working perfectly again.

Which service should I book?

How soon can you visit for no heat or no hot water?

Call 778-892-5119 to check current availability. Tell us your city, the type of equipment and what has stopped working. The team will confirm an appointment; sending a form does not reserve an arrival time.

How much will a repair or installation cost?

The cost depends on the fault, equipment, parts and access. Installation costs also depend on sizing, venting and the scope of the work. Request an assessment or quote for your equipment, and confirm any diagnostic or call-out charge when booking. A quote request does not mean every diagnostic visit is free.

Do you work on my equipment brand?

We work on the brands shown above and other equipment covered by our service pages. Send the brand and model number, if you can read the label safely. We can confirm the service scope and any parts availability before arranging the work.

What should I include in my service request?

Include your city, equipment type, brand or model if available, the symptoms and any displayed error code. For a replacement, tell us about the existing system and what you want to change. Only check a label if it is safely accessible.

Can you help with a condo or strata property?

Tell us whether the appliance is inside your unit or part of a shared system. Include any access instructions and your strata contact where relevant. Confirm required strata approval before changes to shared venting, common property or building systems.

Could maintenance or an upgrade qualify for a rebate?

Some projects may qualify, depending on the program rules, customer eligibility, equipment and contractor requirements. Review FortisBC maintenance rebate details and Better Homes BC programs before booking rebate-related work. Eligibility and approval are not automatic.
