Does submitting the form book my appointment?
No. The form sends a service request. Our team contacts you to check the details and agree an available appointment. If you need help with a breakdown, call 778-892-5119 during our working hours to check availability.
Can you give a price before inspecting the equipment?
We can discuss the request first, but a repair price may require an inspection. Equipment condition, the fault, parts and access affect the cost. Ask about any call-out or diagnostic charge when booking; requesting a quote does not make every site visit free.
What details help with condo or strata work?
Tell us whether the equipment serves your unit or a shared system. Include access instructions and relevant strata contacts. Check any required approval before changes to shared venting or common property.
What if I am unsure which service to select?
